Overview: Thrive Through Change: The Power of Our Mind, Body and Hearts

The focus of this session will be to explore how our mind, body and heart can support us through change.  The session is grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach from the field of positive psychology to understand how we can thrive through change.   Meghan will explore the importance of mindfulness, positive emotions and honouring our body to support our overall wellbeing. 


Meghan’s mission is to empower individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their full potential through a focused approach grounded in positive psychology (also called the "science of happiness"). She is passionate about facilitating positive change with the individuals and organizations she works with.
Meghan founded The Kirwin Group in 2004 and in her role as mentor, coach and facilitator have focused on building thriving workplaces.  She developed the Vitality at Work brand with a single focus of supporting individuals and organizations to realize their full potential through the application of positive psychology at work and in life.  

Meghan completed a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Management and Organizational Behaviour at Wilfrid Laurier University. She also completed a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology form the Wholebeing Institute where she studied under Dr. Tal Ben Shahar from Harvard University. She is now completing a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of East London, England.
