As announced, severaldepartmental re-locationswilloccur over the upcoming spring, summer and fall.To ensure that theartworkin circulation and registered by departmentsare accurately accounted for, we ask that all works of art bereturned toWLU Permanent Collectionprior to your areas re-location.

It isthe responsibility of the Department to arrange the return of the artwork through PhysicalResources and cover the costs. Please indicate on your work order thatartwork needs to be delivered to1C15 - arts storage,Arts Building.

If requested, returned works can be placed on reserve fordepartments. Once settled, departments are asked to contact extension 3800 to confirm if all original work(s) will be returned and to arrange deliveryto their new location.Departments are responsible to cover the deliverycosts.

It is very important that artwork be returned to art storage andnotmoved directly to newoffice locations. This will reduce the likelihood of pieces going missing and the potential fordamage.
