Scott Thornley + Company consulted with alumni, students, faculty and staff prior to developing design recommendations to fully understand how people felt about the existing logos and the institution itself. There were face-to-face interviews with specific groups, face-to-face interviews that were open to anyone in the community who signed up, and opportunities to leave thoughts and comments on Laurierís website and social media sites.

Although this process has been completed, the online forum is still available for review.
