Sustainability Council
The Sustainability Reps program is operated in partnership with Residence Services. The Reps are comprised of first year students within residences who are represented within House Council by the Sustainability Adviser. The Sustainability Reps from each residence make up the Sustainability Council.

Energy
- Residence energy conservation competitions, discussion boards, and green tips and features via Laurier's building dashboard
- Energy conservation awareness campaigns, events, and marketing

- Awareness campaigns, events, and marketing on recycling and composting practices, including e-waste
- Coordinate 'stuff swap', including e-waste and food drives, and other events

General Sustainability Initiatives
- Awareness events, programs, projects related to social, economic, and/or ecological sustainability coordinated by the Sustainability Rep, for example, workshops, speaker series, trips, forums, activities, etc.)
- Environmental wellness initiatives, for examples, gardening, biking and walking tours, field trips to local sustainable vendors/organizations, etc.)
