Please complete the following form if you would like to be included in the academic procession (platform party) for Spring 2013 Convocation in Brantford. Details about each of the ceremonies can be found on the on the Spring 2013 Brantford Ceremony Breakdown page.

You should plan to arrive a minimum of 40 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.  Details about location of the robing room will be sent in a follow-up email.

Regalia

Bachelor gowns will be available on a sign-out basis from the robing room. Gowns should be returned there following the ceremony.

Hoods from the institution identifying your highest earned degree can be rented through the Stedman Community Bookstore.  Please contact Jocelyn Jacob (jjacob@wlu.ca) with questions regarding regalia.

All orders must be received by Jocelyn by Friday, May 24, 2013. 

Please note - the rental company cannot guarantee the exact institution's hood as June is a very busy time for rentals.  They will send something similar in the place of the correct one, and the fee will remain the same. 

The hoods will be available for pick-up at the faculty robing room and must be returned there following the ceremony.

Caps and gowns from your school cannot be rented. Should you wish to purchase these items for a future convocation, you can order these through the Bookstore. Please note that at least six weeks lead-time is required so you may not have these items in time for this spring convocation.
