The Convocation Procession continues to be an important part of the long and dignified tradition of the ceremony at Wilfrid Laurier University. A procession that includes a strong representation from Faculty is a visible demonstration of the value that we place on Convocation and the celebration of our studentsí achievements. We hope that you and your colleagues will be able to join the Academic Procession for any or all of the ceremonies.

Faculty are encouraged to participate in the Convocation Procession or to volunteer as Marshal, Vice Marshal, or Assistant Marshal.  If you are interested in joining the procession, please fill out the appropriate form found here.

For Faculty who need to rent Academic Regalia, please use the online ordering system through the Book Store.  The online system accepts credit cards and Inter-departmental Codes.  If you have any questions or would like to pay for your rental with different form of payment please contact Julie Pong at jpong@wlu.ca.

On the day of the ceremony, please arrive at the Waterloo Memorial Recreational Complex approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for robing and line-up procedures.

Thank you and we appreciate your participation!
