Information for Family & Friends
FALL CONVOCATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON OCTOBER 30 AND 31 AT THE WATERLOO MEMORIAL RECREATION COMPLEX located at 101 Father David Bauer Drive.

Parking will be available free of charge at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex for the ceremony, however space will be limited. Carpooling is recommended.
Guest seating will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The doors will open one hour prior to the ceremony start time for guests to select their seats.
Frames may be pre-ordered or purchased on the day of Convocation. For more information, click here. Proceeds on frames purchased the day-of help to support student programming and events. During and after the ceremonies volunteers from the Student Alumni Association will be present offering complimentary degree framing on site. Memorabilia and Gifts
Giftware, grad rings and Laurier clothing can be purchased through the Bookstore. Rings, flowers and other memborabilia will also be available for purchase at Convocation.
Photographer at Convocation:
A photographer from GradImages will be taking on-stage photos of all the graduates. Grads will receive and email link to view and purchase proofs. There will be a designated area for family and friends to take photographs.
Receptions will be held following each ceremony. Graduates, family and friends are all encouraged to attend. The locations for the receptions will be posted closer to the ceremony dates.
