The Wilfrid Laurier University Students' Union (WLUSU), one of the biggest and best in the country, is a student-owned and operated non-profit corporation. Its vision is to provide "a positive experience for every student." As the official representative for all undergraduate students, elected student representatives work to strengthen and improve services offered to students on campus and within the community, and to voice student issues and concerns to the university community.

Exciting committees: Charity Ball, Orientation Week, Foot Patrol, Emergency Response Team, Graphic Design and First Year Council.

Campus Clubs: Joining a campus club is a great way to meet people with similar interests. Wilfrid Laurier Students' Union offers over 100 Campus Clubs for Laurier Students, including clubs for academic programs, athletics, social justice, politics and special interests.

As our largest single volunteer base, the Campus Clubs are among our most cherished resources. Each year WLUSU reserves over $25,000 to help student clubs hold awareness campaigns and social events. These clubs are all administered through the Campus Clubs office located on the third floor of the Fred Nichols Campus Centre.

With clubs such as Habitat for Humanity, Equestrian Club, Pirate Club, Ski and Snowboard Club, Hawksquad and Martial Arts Club, there is literally a club for everyone! If there isn't a club that meets your  interest, you can start one! The Campus Clubs Council will assist students in starting a new club, or running and managing an existing club.
