This act is
located in the Canadian Criminal Code of Canada
As of September 2003, this
act is still in effect and is still being enforced by Canadian Law Enforcement
Agencies, including Laurier Community Safety & Security.
In the CSDA drugs are
classified into schedules. Each schedule has it's own set of punishments.
