What are the qualifications of the counsellors who provide the Employee Assistance Program?
The Counsellors are highly qualified professionals. They have a minimum of a Master's Degree in clinical social work or counselling psychology and, of equal importance, they at least 5 years of experience in a variety of counselling settings so that they are equipped to deal with a diverse group of people with a wide range of issues. All counsellors are professionally qualified and registered with their professional disciplines of Social Work, Psychology, Credit Counselling and Law.
Mosaic Counselling & Family Services meets the rigorous external standards of Family Service Ontario, Family Service Canada, Council on Accreditation (COA) and the Ontario Association of Credit Counselling Services.
Mosaic Counselling & Family Services is licensed to operate debt management programs through the Province of Ontario to enter into contracts with creditors and clients to repay debts in a manageable and orderly way.
