Application Information & Form
Staff and Faculty parking permits run May 1st through until April 30th. Each year staff and faculty must submit a new request form online.
To submit a request for a faculty/staff parking permit, please fill out and submit the online application form. A parking permit can not be granted until a completed faculty/staff parking application form is received by Service Laurier Brantford.
Faculty and staff can choose to either pay for their permit in full by cash, cheque, debit or credit, or can have the amount paid for through payroll deduction. At anytime, faculty and staff may choose to change their method of payment or cancel their parking permit by using the Staff & Faculty Permit Change/Cancellation Form.
Staff and Faculty needing to change personal, contact and/or vehicle information can fill out the Staff & Faculty Parking Information Change Request Form.
Permits will be available for pick up at Service Laurier Brantford one business day after application is submitted. Employees who choose to pay through payroll deduction also have the option of having the pass sent to their office through inter-office mail. Permits will be sent one business day after application submission.
