Selection Process: Student Lottery
The online lottery application will open on Monday, June 2, 2014. On-line student application forms must be completed no later than Friday, August 8, 2014. The determination of who receives a student parking pass is based on a lottery of the applications received. Only students who are successful in the parking lottery will be contacted through the email address provided on their application. Notification of lottery success, including information on how to pick-up your permit, will be sent out by August 15, 2014. For the lottery, there are approximately 60 spots available on a first come, first serve basis.
Parking passes become available for pick-up by lottery winners beginning on Monday, September 1, 2014 and remain available until Friday, September 12, 2014.
Any passes that are not picked-up by this date will be available for general sale starting Monday, September 15, 2014 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Permits can be obtained from Service Laurier (GRH202).
For those who are not successful in the student parking lottery, premium parking is available at the municipal Parkade. Permits by term for the Parkade are available at Service Laurier located at GRH202. The Parkade offers guaranteed, covered parking. Parking is also available on street and at additional municipal lots. Available Laurier Brantford and municipal parking lots are indicated on the campus parking map here.
