Edna Staebler Writer-in-Residence Andrew Westoll events include today's Writing Workshop

Feb 11/13

Since arriving at Laurier in January, Laurier’s inaugural Edna Staebler Writer-in-Residence, Andrew Westoll, has been consulting with Laurier students, visiting classes and working on writing projects.

Today, the Writing Centre features Westoll in its writing workshop series to explore the question: How can writing be both creative and informative? Participants will discuss how creativity can be integrated with academic writing demands, and are invited to bring a copy of a current writing project.

The writing workshop runs Feb. 11 from 4:30 – 6 p.m. in the Laurier Library, L3-314, on Laurier’s Waterloo campus. Sign up online at www.wlu.ca/writing
