The first Languages & Literatures RLC, connected to the Spanish Program (SP100* and 201)
is in its third week and a deep sense of community can easily be felt among members of
the RLC: Windows on the World.
The variety of activities that are taking place on Thursday’s night at Willison Hall is
creating a sense of excitement and passion for the learning of languages. Among other things,
students have created their own logo for the RLC and discussed cultural nuances. We also had
a cooking lesson of typical Spanish food while learning the names of the ingredients. We have
dinner together, shared experiences and much more! This week: movie night, followed by discussion.
