Past President of ACE Laurier Shares Learning from the SIFE World Cup

Last month, a team from ACE Laurier competed at the prestigious SIFE World Cup in Barcelona, Spain. For the first time in SIFE World Cup history, the Canadian team made it to the final round of competition.
The ACE Laurier team beat out five other countries, including Brazil, Tajikistan, Germany, Morocco, and Poland. They applied their learning from previous ACE competitions and their experience at last year's SIFE World Cup to carefully prepare for this year's event. According to Nicole Almond, ACE Laurier's past president and member of the presentation team, "infusing your presentation with passion, and really showing the incredible impact you are making through your projects goes a long way with winning over the judges."
