On Wednesday, March 9, 2011, the Faculty of Science hosted the annual Laurier Science Student Awards ceremony in the Science Atrium.
Dean, Dr. Paul Jessop opened the ceremony with a welcome speech. The master of ceremonies for the awards presentation was Dr. Rick Elliott, Associate Dean: Student Services Faculty of Science.
The department of Kinesiology and Physical Education would like to congratulate this year's KPE student awards recipients as follows:
Brittany Hunt - Mark & Haley Baxter Academic Perserverance Award
Michelle Quellette - Dr. Fred Binding Memorial Award in Sport Psychology
Osman Omar - CAS Academic and Community Service Award for Full Time Students
Deanna MacNeil - Deer Ridge Entrance Award
Sarah Batley - Fowlie Family Award
Deanna MacNeil - James W Ingoldsby Memorial Bursary Fund
