On Thursday, February 12, 2009, the Faculty of Science hosted the annual Laurier Science Student Awards ceremony in the Science Atrium.
Dean Deborah MacLatchy opened the ceremony with a welcome speech, followed by opening remarks by Michael Gregoire (physics alum 1988), Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Taleo, and a member of the Dean's External Science Advisory Council, DESAC.
The master of ceremonies for the awards presentation was Dr. Rick Elliott, Associate Dean: Student Services Faculty of Science.
