Student Affairs, WLUSU bring Union Desk to Brantford

In September, students will have a new resource on campus thanks to a partnership between Student Affairs and WLUSU. The Union Desk, or U Desk as it is known, will replace Peer Connect as a one-stop resource for student life. Located on the first floor of the Student Centre, inside the WLUSU offices, the U Desk will provide services including:
- Health and Dental Plan information
- Direct2U Pharmacy Delivery
- Inter-office Mail Drop-off
- Campus event ticket sales
- Poster approval and information
"The addition of the U Desk in Brantford is going to be great for our students, as it further brings together the Students' Union and Student Affairs in providing a single location for information, said Jessi Calberry, student affairs coordinator. "We will continue to expand the U Desk services through the year, so student should watch for more exciting announcements.
