Have your voice heard on student success and retention!

Feb 28/12

Registrarial Services at Laurier Brantford is completing research on student success and retention. The purpose of this survey is to gain an understanding of what pressures students of Laurier Brantford are faced with, and how students are doing across many areas of student life. This survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will provide valuable information that will be used to inform various initiatives across campus. This is your chance to have your voice heard!

Your participation in the survey is voluntary and you may complete the survey anonymously. If you choose to include your student ID number you will be eligible to win a $50 gift card to the Stedman Community Bookstore!

Students who complete all fields of the survey found at the link below will be considered for participation in one or more student focus groups. Participation in the focus groups will be voluntary. Topics of the focus groups will vary depending on aggregate responses to these questions, but will focus around the concept of student success. Students who participate in a student focus group will be eligible to win one of two iPad 2's.

Survey responses will only be reported in the aggregate and only to those internal to the University, with no identifiable information made available. Surveys will be confidentially stored in electronic form until the conclusion of the study, at which time they will be destroyed.

By completing this survey you are confirming that you have read and understand the purpose of the survey and consent to your participation. Any questions or concerns can be submitted to Chris Brunskill at cbrunskill@wlu.ca.

The survey can be found here: http://peerconnect.polldaddy.com/s/brantford-success
