Process for reseting LORIS PINs has improved

Students who incorrectly enter their LORIS PIN three times are locked out of the system. Previously, they had to call the Registrar's Office and answer security questions to have it reset. Now, students can complete a secure online form to have their PIN reset.
The PIN reset form can be found at https://web.wlu.ca/pinreset. PINs will be reset within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
LORIS PINs will still be reset manually, and those who currently have access to reset PINs for students will still be able to do so. Only the request process has been changed.
