Laurier's Brantford campus
IPRM Town Halls Nov. 18 (Waterloo) & Nov. 21 (Brantford)
Communications, Public Affairs & Marketing
How will we continue to make Laurier a better institution?
The purpose of Laurierís Integrated Planning and Resource Management (IPRM) process is to answer this central question, but we understand that the IPRM process raises a few questions of its own for the Laurier community.
As we enter the prioritization phase of the IPRM process, and program areas prepare to fill out evaluation templates, the Planning Task Force (PTF) co-chairs wanted to offer members of the Laurier community the chance to hear an overview of IPRM, its purpose and next steps, and most importantly, to give people a chance to ask questions of the IPRM working group representatives.
There will be two IPRM Town Halls:
Waterloo: Monday, Nov. 18, 1-2:30 p.m., Senate & Board Chamber
Brantford: Thursday, Nov. 21, 3-4:30 p.m. Odeon Building, Room 110
Laurier community members from all Laurier locations are welcome to attend the Town Hall that best suits their schedule.
The Town Halls will be led by the PTF Co-Chairs, Kim Morouney and Mary-Louise Byrne. Co-chairs of the other IPRM working groups will also be in attendance to answer questions.
For those who are not able to attend, a video of the Nov. 18 Town Hall will be available on the www.wlu.ca/IPRM website by Nov. 22. We also encourage you to review the FAQ section of the website, and to email IPRM@wlu.ca with any questions.
Program evaluation templates will be distributed to all program areas in three stages beginning in November. Blank evaluation templates, schedules and additional information will be posted to the www.wlu.ca/IPRM website November 22. Specific information and instructions around the templates will be sent to program areas directly during their assigned stage, and training sessions will be offered to those completing the templates.
