OB/HRM takes Academy of Management Conference By Storm!

The OB/HRM area group had another successful year at the Academy of Management conference (a premier conference in our field).
Some highlights include:
12 paper presentations from the OB/HRM area
2 symposiums chaired by OB/HRM members
Manuela Priesemuth was nominated for the best dissertation award from the SIM division
2 of our current PhD students (Lisa Kuron & Sarah Vermunt) presented their research at the conference
Laurie Barclay was recognized for the successful completition of her two-year term as the Conflict Management Division's Representative at Large
Our area group was also active at a number of other important conference events, including being panelists for the Professional Development Workshops (e.g., How to Negotiate Your First Academic Job)
Congrats to the OB/HRM group on your achievements...not to mention making it look fun along the way!
