Laurier Student Investment Fund hosts conference which raised money for Sick Kids Hospital
The Laurier Student Investment Fund (LSIF) partnered with PRISMRESOURCES to host its first investment conference on June 26, 2014. The conference attracted more than 100 attendees and it partnered with “Capitalize for Kids” to raise approximately $1,500 for Sick Kids Hospital.
The conference featured a series of speakers comprised of four Laurier alumni managing money on Bay Street and two Finance faculty members:
