Three Chemistry MSc students successfully defend
Rachael Diamond (April 23), Ashtina Appadu (April 24) and Holly Gray (April 25) successfully defended their MSc thesis research. It was a very exciting week for the Chemistry Department!
Rachael's thesis title: "Characterizing Dissolved Organic Matter and Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, and Pb2+ Binding in Salt Water and Implications for Toxicity"
Ashtina's thesis title "Lipid raft formation and peptide lipid interactions in myelin model membranes"
Holly's thesis title "Laboratory Methods for the Advancement of Wastewater Treatment
