Welcome Dr. Quinn Major!

The Chemistry department is pleased to welcome Dr. Quinn Major ! Dr. Major is teaching first year chemistry in both the fall and winter terms (2012/13). Quinn is actually returning to Laurier; he was previously at Laurier as a Postdoctoral Fellow with Dr. Dmitri Gousev, and as a Laboratory Instructor for 3 years.
Dr. Major obtained his PhD at the University of Alberta as well as BSc and MSc degrees in Chemistry from the University of Regina. Dr. Major was a lecturer at the University of Winnipeg just prior to accepting his limited term faculty appointment at Laurier.
