Laurier to host Women's MBA Alumni Studio Panel and info session in Toronto

Laurier is hosting its annual Women's MBA Alumni Studio Panel in Toronto Jan. 26, providing an opportunity for women who are considering an MBA degree to learn about the program and its admission requirements, as well as the chance to network with others interested in the MBA.
The event will include a panel of accomplished female MBA alumni who will discuss their career goals and successes. These graduates have successfully completed their MBA degrees and are working in fulfilling careers, while balancing their family and professional lives.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Kim Morouney, associate dean of Laurier’s School of Business & Economics, and Ruth Cruikshank, associate MBA area co-ordinator.
The event will be held Jan. 26 at 5:30 p.m. at Verity, 111d Queen St. East, Toronto (http://www.verity.ca/doc/verity_directions.pdf). Please join us. Pre-registration is required as seating is limited. To register, please contact Maureen Ferraro at mferraro@wlu.ca.
There are several MBA options offered through Laurier’s Toronto MBA Campus, including the part-time alternate weekend program, MBA with CMA option, MBA with CFA study option, and the accelerated MBA program. All Toronto programs start March 30, 2012.
At Laurier’s Waterloo campus, the one-year full –time program and the full-time with co-op start Aug. 15, 2012. The part-time evening program in Waterloo starts in September 2012.
Laurier’s MBA program has rolling admissions and applications are being accepted for all of the MBA formats.
