Apr 7/11

This week is your last chance to submit a drabble for Laurier’s 100 Words Drabble Contest – the deadline is midnight on Sunday, April 10.

A drabble is a prose fiction story exactly 100 words long. Laurier launched the contest to celebrate the university’s 100th anniversary. To date, Laurier has received more than 100 entries!

The contest is open to anyone and has great prizes, including the opportunity to become a published writer. Submissions explore one of the following topics: “inspiration,” “purpose,” “leadership.”

For details, visit www.laurier100.ca/drabble. If you’re wondering how long 100 words is, count the words in this announcement!
