Goodbye proxies, hello delegated mailboxes! Information required from account owners
As part of the migration to Outlook from GroupWise, ICT is completing the setup of legacy proxy email accounts, which are now called "delegated mailboxes" in Microsoft Outlook/Exchange.
Due to changes in staff and faculty roles within the university over time, ICT needs to confirm the ownership of delegated mailboxes to finalize the setup. If you are the designated owner for a delegated mailbox, please complete the form found here. Please complete this form for each of your delegated mailboxes.
