Laurier launches Employee Success Factor certificate program
Wilfrid Laurier Universityís Learning and Organization Development team is launching a new certificate program based on Laurierís Employee Success Factors (wlu.ca/successfactors).
The workshops in the program are structured to align with each of the five success factors. The goal of the program is to support employees by effectively demonstrating behaviours associated with each.
Laurierís Employee Success Factors outline five objectives for a successful employee:
- Collaborate to promote team and organizational success
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement
- Value relationships and community
- Support a culture of service
- Model leadership and accountability
The success factors provide a foundation for many aspects of the Laurier employee experience. Together, they reflect an important set of criteria that are used for evaluation, training, recruitment and recognition.
