CRRC Graduate Receives Prestigious Northern Resarch Award

Bronwyn Brock (MES) has received a $40,000 Garfield Weston Award for Northern Research, which is a scholarship awarded by the Association of Canadian Universities for Northern Studies and the Garfield Weston is part of their awards program, The Canadian Northern Studies Trust. The Garfield Weston Awards are the CNSTs top scholarships and Bronwyn is one of only 7 to be awarded at the PhD level in this year's highly competitive national competition. This is an outstanding achievement and we wish Bronwyn the best in her PhD studies at the University of Waterloo.
