This award celebrates Annika's outstanding achievements in the OB/HRM MSc program. Annika's MSc research focused on how observing others' emotions can influence employees' own fairness perceptions in the workplace. She is currently working on submitting this research for publication consideration.

Annika is also a current student in the OB/HRM PhD program.
