Help needed to reach Our Community, Our Laurier participation goal by December 31

Thanks to nearly 330 staff, faculty and retirees, The 2006 Our Community, Our Laurier Campaign is thrilled to announce that they have surpassed their fundraising goal of $250,000 in new gifts and pledges. To date, the campaign has raised $403,244, exceeding its goal by 61%.

However, 2006 is not over yet. Your participation is needed to help the Our Community, Our Laurier campaign meet its participation goal of 500. There’s still time to participate… please give today! To be eligible for a 2006 charitable tax receipt, gifts must be post-marked by December 31, 2006.

Because of your generous support, your contributions will open many doors in various areas for our students. Funds raised in this year’s campaign will go towards student bursaries, scholarships, internationalization, student services support and the library. A number of other areas staff, faculty, and retirees feel passionate about have also been supported.
