First Winter Term Lecture in the North American Studies Interdisciplinary Lecture Series
Author Jason Schneider, Waterloo-based music critic and author of Whispering Pines: The Northern Roots of American Music will give a lecture entitled "Beyond the Beaver Bin: Canadian Music Past and Present" on Wednesday March 3, at 12:30 pm at Wilfrid Laurier University in the Arts Building, 1E1. This is a free event, though seating will be on a first come, first seated basis.
The lecture series is coordinated by the North American Studies Program and presented with the generous co-operation and support of the Office of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts.
