Repetitive Strain Injuries Day - Feb 28th

Feb 25/14

Each year, the last day of February is reserved for International RSI Awareness Day to take the opportunity to help raise awareness about RSIs and the need for action aimed at prevention.

Working shouldn't hurt!

Did you know repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) are among the most common types of worker injuries? Attention will be drawn to these types of injuries on February 28 on International Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) Awareness Day.

RSIs or musculosketal disorders (MSDs) describe a collection of painful disorders of the tendons, muscles, nerves and joints in the neck, back, chest, shoulders, arms and hands. This year marks the 15th annual RSI Awareness Day.
