Repetitive Strain Injuries Day - February 28th
Feb 26/13
Working shouldn't hurt!
Did you know repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) are among the most common types of worker injuries? Attention will be drawn to these types of injuries on February 28 on International Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) Awareness Day.
RSIs or musculosketal disorders (MSDs) describe a collection of painful disorders of the tendons, muscles, nerves and joints in the neck, back, chest, shoulders, arms and hands. This year marks the 14th annual RSI Awareness Day.
