Winter Term 2012 Grades

May 31/12

You may have noticed in your LORIS account, winter term grades are being added to the unofficial summary as we receive them. Once all winter grades are received from instructors, and academic standing is evaluated, grades will be made official. This usually occurs by the third week of June.

At that time, you will be able to see all grades, your academic standing and cumulative grade point average (GPA) in the "official grades" section.  It is important for you to review your academic standing in LORIS prior to your registration appointment in June, so you will know your eligibility to continue in your program. Many of you will be in programs that can be reviewed using Degree Evaluation, our online service that shows you what courses you still have to complete. To use Degree Evaluation, go to LORIS, Student Services, Student Records, Degree Evaluation. If your program has not been coded yet or if you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to visit with your Undergraduate Program Advisor.
