2013 Winter Term Invoice Information
Tuition invoicing for September - December 2012
Student accounts will be assessed for 2013 Winter Term fees the week of November 19, 2012. Hardcopy invoices will be mailed to all students' LOCAL mailing addresses listed on LORIS. The fees on these invoices will include any course registration and changes up to the date of your invoice. Changes made after your invoice date will not be included, but will be available for viewing using LORIS (http://loris.wlu.ca) under Student Services -> Account Summary by Term. The due date for 2013 Winter Term fees is DECEMBER 17, 2012.

Please ensure that you have examined your invoice carefully and have compared your charges with the 2012-2013 Fee Schedule that is included with your Quick Reference Guide (online copy available for download under "Related Information" below) to ensure that you are aware of the number of courses you are being charged for on this particular invoice.
Your Quick Reference Guide includes information regarding the Privacy Act and granting consent, important information regarding fees and the most commonly needed/used links that you may need throughout the term. The back of your invoice also includes information regarding accepted payment options, T2202A tax receipts and holds!
Students, invoice notifications are also sent out by E-Mail. Please ensure that you are using both your WLU provided MyLaurier E-Mail account and LORIS often as the University will use these as your official means of communication.

2012 tuition tax receipts (T2202A) will be made available on your LORIS accounts by the last day of February 2013 - these are not mailed out. First year students and parents: please note that as the Winter Term commences in the 2013 year, only Fall 2012 term information will be available on your 2012 tuition tax receipts! Residence students and parents: please ensure you have read the available information on tax receipts (T2202A Info) and what can be claimed on your taxes in terms of residence. If you do not specifically receive a receipt for the particular residence you were in for the academic year, you may not be eligible to claim them on your taxes, and doing so may result in an possible audit.
OSAP & GOVERNMENT LOAN STUDENTS
There are new changes to the OSAP process! Please ensure you are checking your MyLaurier E-Mail account diligently for any updates and information from Student Awards regarding loan disbursements for the Winter 2013 term.
