Login and Password Expiration Notices

In an endeavor to more proactively manage Novell login and password expiries, the Identity Management team in ITS is launching a new initiative that will automatically warn network account holders of an upcoming expiry of a Novell login or password.
These emailed warnings will come at 6, 4 and 2 week intervals leading up to expiry to enable you to have ample time to action the message.
As you know, your account is your key to accessing many ITS services and the proactive warnings will assist you in ensuring that there is no interruption to your access.
Both the login and password expiry notices will come from idmgroup@wlu.ca.
The subject line will be either "Novell/GroupWise Account Expiration Reminder" or "Novell/GroupWise Password Expiration Reminder".
When you see one of these messages, be assured it safely originates from ITS and is a friendly reminder.
