Database upgrades to affect certain systems May 4-6

The Enterprise Solutions group of ITS would like to advise the Laurier community that we will perform a database upgrade starting at 4:30p.m. on Friday, May 4, until 12:00p.m. Saturday, May 5.
The following systems will not be available during this period: Banner, Loris, MyLaurier.ca, Cognos, TMA, iServiceDesk, Millennium, and Co-op/Career Navigator.
Internet access, email, MyLaurier Student Webmail (http://mail.mylaurier.ca/), MyLearningSpace (https://mylearningspace.wlu.ca/), and Primo will remain available during this period.
The Millennium database will not be available from 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 4, until 12:00 p.m. Sunday, May 6.
