KPE opens quarter-credit activity course registration to all undergraduates on Aug. 23
Communications, Public Affairs & Marketing
Quarter-credit activity courses offered by Laurier's Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education will be made available via LORIS to all Laurier undergraduate students commencing at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 23. Some offerings are already full, but some spaces remain in a number of classes.
Please note that courses labelled F1 are offered in the Fall term in the first six weeks, while those labelled F2 are offered in the second six weeks of the Fall term. Similarly, courses labelled W1 run in the first six weeks of the Winter term, and those labelled W2 are taught in the second six weeks of the Winter term.
Students are advised that while it is possible to take one 0.25 credit class, the department cannot guarantee access to an additional 0.25 credit class in future years as enrolment in these courses is capped, and may reach capacity before the opportunity to open them up to non-KPE students arises. Students are advised that it is better to take two of the classes in order to ensure the completion of a 0.5 credit.
