Laurier Employee Wellness Fair: Oct. 24 on the Waterloo campus

Laurier staff and faculty are invited to attend the Laurier Employee Wellness Fair Oct. 24 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Senate and Board Chamber on Laurier’s Waterloo campus.
This year’s theme is "Living Well at Laurier."
The fair will include information about and events including:
- Osteopathy
- Eating Clean
- Gourmet cooking classes
- The Smile Epidemic
- Employee Assistance Programs
- Mental Health
- Fitness and Athletics
- Laurier’s Benefits Program
- Homeopathic Medicine
- Shop @ the Hawk Shop & Book Store
- Learning and Development
- Health and Safety
- Live cooking demonstration
- ...and more!
Participants can benefit from free cholesterol and blood pressure screening clinics and will be eligible to win prizes and draws for attending.
