Faculty Associate

D. Marc Kilgour is Professor of Mathematics at Wilfrid Laurier University and Adjunct Professor of Systems Engineering at University of Waterloo. At LCMSDS, he holds the position of Research Director: Conflict Analysis. His research crosses many fields, but is usually concerned with optimal decision-making and its consequences. He has built and analyzed mathematical models of strategy in deterrence, escalation, power-sharing, arms control, peace operations, and counter-terrorism.
