Mark Humphries
Research Associate
Mark Humphries is an instructor at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta where he teaches Canadian and military history. He has published numerous articles and book reviews in the Journal of the Canadian Historical Association, War and Society, Canadian Military History, Social History, and the Canadian Historical Review among others. His most recent books include The Selected Papers of Sir Arthur Currie: Diaries, Letters, and Report to the Ministry 1917-1933 (LCMSDS/WLU Press 2008) and Combat Stress in the 20th Century: The Commonwealth Experience which he is proud to say was written with Terry Copp (CFLI/CDA 2008). He is currently working on a seven part series of translations from the German Official History of the Great War, Der Weltkrieg, titled Germany's Western Front. The first volume will be published in March 2009 by Wilfrid Laurier University Press.
