Canadian Military History is seeking original, well-written and interesting articles dealing with any topics related to the military history of Canada. Articles on both operational military history and those examining war and society themes are welcomed. Authors are advised to consult Kate L. Turabian, A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations, 6th ed. (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1996) for appropriate style.
Length
Articles should be approximately 20 pages in length (double spaced, not counting notes). Shorter articles are preferable.
Style Guide
Canadian Military History uses the Chicago reference style. All notes should be in end note format. It is recommended that authors consult, Kate L. Turabian, A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations, 6th ed. (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1996).
