Michael Gregoire ('88), Bachelor of Science Michael Gregoire began his career as a programmer for technology service provider EDS. While at EDS, he completed an MBA and began to take on greater responsibility, working his way into senior leadership positions with EDS and then PeopleSoft. In 2005, Michael became CEO and president of Taleo Corp., the largest software-on-demand company in the world focused on talent management solutions – systems that enable organizations of any size to assess, acquire, and manage their workforce.
