Kim Morouney teaches courses in professional development (communication, team dynamics, case analysis) and in organizational theory and design. Kim's research looks at the language used in surveys, interviews, political speeches and blogs. She is the founder and CEO of Listen Corporation, which has developed language analysis software used in market research. Kim has won awards for her written work, and is a past recipient of Laurier's Glenn Carroll Teaching Fellowship. She has served on the executive for the Gender and Diversity in Management Division of the U.S. Academy of Management and is a past Chair of the Women in Management Division of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. Kim was previously Director, Undergraduate Business Programs and is currently the Associate Dean of Business: Academic Programs.
