Biography

John Banks currently teaches courses in strategic management, applied business research and mergers and acquisitions at Laurier.  He has also taught at the Richard Ivey School of Business and the School of Accountancy at the University of Waterloo.  He has published articles, reports, and cases in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, strategic management and international business.
