Ke Pang is an Associate Professor of Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of British Columbia in 2008. She graduated from Peking University (Beijing, China) with a B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance in 2001 and completed her M.A. in Economics at Memorial University (St. John's, Canada) in 2002. Her research interests include open-economy macroeconomics and monetary economics. Her recent research has focused on optimal portfolio choices, financial integration, credit frictions, exchange rate regimes, and international spillover effects of monetary policy. She has published articles in several academic journals, including the Canadian Journal of Economics, Open Economies Review, International Review of Economics and Finance, and Canadian Public Policy.
