The Student Awards Office is responsible for the administration of financial assistance and award programs for all students.
COMMUNICATIONS: The Student Awards office will contact you for official communication purposes through:
- 1. your Laurier email address (it is your responsibility to check your Laurier inbox), or
- 2. your current address on file with the Registrar's Office (it is your responsibility to update your current address with the Registrar's Office).

For the 2009/2010 academic year, all recipients of competitive scholarships and awards will be notified by e-mail by the end of the January 2010.

We are currently working on assessments for the Laurier general tuition program (program deadline: January 15/10). This process will be completed by mid March, and we will post an update as soon as the process is completed.
The First Generation Bursary and Aboriginal Post Secondary Education Bursary programs are completed, and recipients have been notified by e-mail (to the WLU e-mail account). Due to the volume of applications received, we are unable to advise all applicants of the status of their applications.
