IF THIS IS A FINAL EXAM, PLEASE CHECK THE FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EXAMS HAVE BEEN BOOKED CORRECTLY. CONTACT THE OFFICE RIGHT AWAY IF YOU DISCOVER ANY PROBLEMS.

Exam schedules are located on the left or first menu menu bar.

Please note: When you complete your forms, you will need to provide your mylaurier e-mail address only. If you do not receive a confirmation for each booking form, you have not successfully booked your exam. If you have not received a confirmation for a booking, you need to contact the ALC Exam Coordinators immediately at alexams@wlu.ca or 519-884-0710 x3791

Important Exam Information:

 Please do not bring strong-smelling snacks or snacks with noisy wrappers into the exam room as this can be distracting to other students.

Be sure to bring all materials needed to write your exam (i.e., pen, pencil, eraser, calulator, if applicable) as well as your OneCard. 

Absolutely no cell phones, PDA's or MP3 players are allowed.  Students who have cell phones must leave them in their bags (turned off).  We have been receiving complaints from many students about cell phone ringers during exams.  Cell phones must be in the off position and not on vibrate.  An incident report will be filed by proctors about students who do not respect the cell phone, MP3 player, and PDA  instructions.  

Below is a list of room codes used for exams and location information.  Please ensure you know where your exam is located.  

Arts Building:

1C8 - far end of hallway (closest to Peter's Building), first floor of Arts building

1C11 - main office of Accessible Learning, first floor of Arts building  

1C15 - computer lab on first floor of Arts building, across the hall from the main office in Accessible Learning

1C17 - first floor of Arts building, in the hallway parallel to the Accessible Learning main office hallway (no computers).

2C3 & 2C4 -second floor of the Arts building, across from the ALC lab (no computers).

2C7 -Scotiabank Assistive Technology Lab, second floor of the Arts building

2C16 - second floor of the Arts building, around the corner from the ALC lab (no computers). 

95 Seagram- House past university Stadium on the left, across from Waterloo College Hall Residence 

192 King -Basement of Career and Coop Building beside King St. Residence. Report to proctor in room CC-008 (no computers).   Outside doors are locked after 4:30 pm.  If you arrive to write your exam and the doors are locked, please call 519-884-0710 ext 3791.

232 King: -Rooms B01, B02, B03 - In the Basement of 232 King, across from the AC on King St (no computers). 

For evening final exams please note: If your extra time would take you past 10:30 p.m., your start time may be earlier than 7:00 p.m. Please check start times carefully.

This exam schedule applies ONLY to students registered to write their exams with the Accessible Learning Centre.  Students are identified on the exam schedule with Accessible Learning student ID numbers.  The Accessible Learning student numbers are given to registered students by their consultant or exams staff. If you are unsure of your number please call exams at X3791.
